Privacy notice

This public website does not require an account. The prepared chat explanation uses fixed responses in your browser and does not send the conversation to OzzNett or an AI provider.

When you submit a trial application or contact form, OzzNett collects the contact details, business details, website address and message that you choose to provide. We use them only to assess the enquiry, reply to you, prevent form abuse and keep an operational record of the response.

Valid submissions are stored with a receipt before an operator notification email is attempted. The service stores a one-way hash—not the raw value—of the connecting address for rate limiting. Unaccepted applications and general website enquiries are scheduled for deletion after 30 days unless they must be retained to resolve your request or meet a legal obligation.

The public site and intake service use Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not sell these details, use them to train an AI model or automatically create a live assistant. Access is limited to the OzzNett operator responsible for reviewing enquiries.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your website-enquiry information by using the contact form or emailing admin@ozznett.co.za. Include the receipt shown after submission where possible.

Before a client's trial goes live, OzzNett separately agrees the customer information collected by that client's widget, who receives requests, retention, access controls and the stop-or-continue deletion process.

This operational launch notice is not a substitute for the client-specific data-processing terms required before a live customer trial.
