Website terms

The OzzNett website describes a developing managed customer-conversation service and website-design service. Its prepared chat explanation is not the production AI service.

Submitting an application records an enquiry; it does not guarantee acceptance, create an account, activate an assistant or begin the 14-day period. Trial acceptance, scope and any continuing monthly service are confirmed in writing before work begins. The 14 days start only when the approved widget is installed on the agreed website.

The 14-day trial requires no card and does not convert automatically into a paid service. After the trial, the client may choose Start at R499 per month, Assist at R999 per month, or stop.

Website building is separate paid project work. Public website prices are starting prices only; the written quote controls the agreed pages, content responsibilities, revision rounds, third-party costs, delivery boundary and final price.

Agreed technical launch work may include domain connection, hosting setup, SSL, forms and approved payment setup. Unless the written quote says otherwise, domain registration, hosting subscriptions and renewals, paid software, payment-provider transaction fees, photography, copywriting, e-commerce, extra pages and ongoing maintenance are excluded and client-owned.

If a client needs both a website and an assistant, the website project is approved first. The assistant's 14-day period starts only after the agreed website is live and the approved widget is installed.

The website trial excludes autonomous appointment confirmation and production WhatsApp automation. WhatsApp and payment setup depend on client-owned provider accounts, provider approval and separate fees. No statement on this website guarantees provider approval, uninterrupted availability, a particular business result or continuous human support.

English is the currently verified launch language. Additional language packs require validation and written scope before they are offered for a client deployment.
